Whoever wishes to meet live for a chat - go ahead. I see no use in it for myself. I do not require that sort of communication. The Internet platform is more than enough to satisfy my need for practicing my English, but you, guys, go ahead and meet, spend your time ogether, visit one another, drink beer, eat ice-cream and what not. Bless you- )

52- Nice try. Now let's share all possible new words then and compose phrases with them, okay? It'll be a nice exercise or practice - whatever you call it.

66-2013kuban Ok, one question to you where and how did you learn the english language?
Гость
68 - 18.07.2013 - 09:11
67- I think it is a weird question!
Гость
69 - 18.07.2013 - 09:47
68-2013kuban >Why do you think so?
Гость
70 - 18.07.2013 - 13:02
69-Indira_Gandi >your question is not weird at all
(IMHO)
Гость
71 - 18.07.2013 - 18:08
69-Because I think so-) Why do you even ask this question? It is absolutely unnecessary!
Гость
72 - 18.07.2013 - 19:00
70- You think so. It is just your humble opinion-) But my humble opinion is somewhat different and I am entitled to it-)
Гость
73 - 18.07.2013 - 22:50
( ф космос) This discussion is getting rude.
It is ok to ask how the person has learned English.
Also this "forget it" IS rude. You know it - I can tell from your English you are or were abroad (USA or UK. I think US).
Anyway, you know what I mean.))))
Гость
74 - 18.07.2013 - 23:19
73- Nothing's getting rude apart from the fact that I am being impudently interrogated regarding the subject of my private (language, in this particular context) issues which I am not, at any rate, inclined to reveal for that is my private, personal matter and it shouldn't concern, in any way, anybody; since that is not a crime to speak English especially from the comfort of your apartment without, surely, touching the sensitive topics which we shall not even list now, due to the modest nature of your humble servant's character, if you see what I mean. Thus, hoping that you get the hint, let us conclude this useless debate and assume that we can move on picking another more interesting topic and delve into it entirely, enriching our linguistic skills and perfecting them to the highest peaks of perfection. Period!
Гость
75 - 18.07.2013 - 23:31
ok, I am impressed))))))
Гость
76 - 18.07.2013 - 23:47
Thank you for your positive reaction to my humble attempt to adjust the arising misunderstanding. It was my final argument which apparently worked-)

72-2013kuban >что означает это выражение I am entitled to it?
entitle это же глагол, он можен в такой связке с глаголом to be употребляться, что это тогда за форма?

I'm extremely surprised with the fact that some persons here use this chatroom for taking free lessons; obliging the participants to educate them, instead of doing the job on a self-teaching basis. I will make this very clear once and give a suggestion to such people to learn English first but in a different place. In here we prefer to speak English and if you are not able to please do not write here in Russian. Discssing the grammar issues is not the purpose of the talk. Use the Internet facilities to research and get the info you require. Speaking of the question asked, well, here is my reply but, please remember, from now on I will not be able to support your curiosity in this regard. please read this message twice if needed, maybe even with a dictionary, but please, do not speak Russian here and ask to teach you English. Is that clear?-)

Have a nice day, folks. Hope my previous message was not too harsh. It was basically a request rather than an order-)
Enjoy yourselves. Have a good end of the week. Catch up with you (virtually, of course) later.
Cheers, mates.
