Max IP Setup HELP- Разработка программ

Hello,

We are a voip provider and one of our clients needed 2 conference phones so we decided to try the Max IP.I can not seem to get it working. I called tech support and was told that there is no support for NAT. This is very hard for me to believe because many business networks are setup with NAT.I have set it up via the web interface and it is not giving me any errors. However, when I try to dial out, it immediately gives me a busy signal.

Please help.
