I'm comparing their form for dividing of two numbers with our and consider that our form is better than one.

They sing in numbers on the contrary our form. Left - divider and right - dividend. And quotient they sign in over a dividend.

So, bring the decimal up into the answer. (the quotient)
How many times does 73 go into 584?
584/73=8 with a reminder of 0
The remainder is 0, so we have our answer. 5.84/7.3=0.8

ccылку не получится, т.к там регистрация и до этого уровня нужно пройти с уровня kindergarten. Я взял пример деления. Ручкой написан российский вариант деления в столбик.

Аааааааааааа, или вы это относительно деления в столбик! Так, там делимое и делитель на местах своих, просто это выглядит по-другому.

Кстати, как раз сегодня буду объяснять это long division, но не дробей.
