Конечно они скажут, только вот пример в ЖК Симфонии дома сдали в декабре, а ключи дали только в конце марта-апреле

А Вы в договор долевого участия не заглядывали? Там указано, что дом вводится в эксплуатацию, а затем, в течении 4 месяцев выдаются ключи, т.к проводятся обмеры, все регистрируется.. Это с отопительным сезоном совсем не связано.

Где Вы видели чтобы красили кирпичный дом? Это Вам не блок и не монолит

Я имела в виду отделку - почти на всех рендерах она зеленая

Эти фото сняты в ЖК "Перспектива", но имеют отношение ко всем жилым комплексам от "Девелопмент-Юг", где предлагается ремонт от застройщика
вот такой ремонт предлагается за 3000 руб/м2 в двух- и трёх-комнатных квартирах и за 3500руб/м2 в однокомнатных и студиях

Добрый день, участники форума. Я приобрела квартиру в Литере 4.1.1, мне еще конечно ждать и ждать....Но меня волнует вопрос, что это за дом строится рядом с Литером 4.1.4.....Он расположен очень близко и как-то вообще не вписывается в застройку. Может он без разрешения?

Была недавно в литере 4.1.4., осматривала ремонт от застройщика. И ремонт и дом произвели очень приятное впечатление. В доме коридор, лестница видно что делали не тяп-ляп, аккуратно. В квартирах стяжка и штукатурка показались тоже аккуратными.
На втором этаже в 1 подъезде находится демонстрационная 3-комнатная квратира с ремонтом. Фото Сергея Денисенко сделаны там. Полы ламинат, стены обои (кажется их можно до нескольких раз перекрашивать), санузел плитка до потолка, потолки натяжные. В общем понравилось, хороший бюджетный ремонт без претензий.
Менеджер очень хвалила этот комплекс, говорит что качество у дома хорошее, кирпич хороший, отличается в лучшую сторону от других домов Деволопмент-Юга. У нее не стояло задачи нам квартиру продать.
Думаю в будущем этот район будет замечательным, менеджер сказала что перед домом 4.1.4. будет строиться другой литер, но далеко, между ними будет большой зеленый двор, планируют оставить старые дубы.
